Since graduating USC in 2000 with a BS in Philosophy, this self-taught artist has been designing, animating, and directing in the field of motion graphics. In 2010 Ming formed Liberati where he continued the same line of work completing projects mostly by himself. Notable projects include game cinematics and UI for Call of Duty (Treyarch), main titles for Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny, and prototyping for Microsoft's Hololens. After years of skill building, Ming eventually partnered with his cousin Ting at SmappGames to release an arcade-styled revision of Big2 Online for iOS and Android in March of 2015.

While Big2 Online was developed in Unity (C#), his second game Final Gun is currently being developed on his own using Unreal Engine 4 as the first project under Liberati.
